Lawful outreach

Use only data you are entitled to collect and process. Establish the lawful basis and any required consent for your audience, channel and location before contacting people. Finding a public email address or generating a message does not grant permission to contact its owner. Follow applicable privacy, anti-spam, telemarketing and connected-provider rules, including suppression and do-not-contact requirements.

Identity and opt-outs

Do not impersonate another person, conceal the sender or make misleading claims. Provide required sender details and an effective opt-out where applicable. Honour objections and unsubscribe requests before sending further marketing. You must maintain your suppression records in the sending tools you use.

Calls, recordings and voice

A generated call script is a draft, not permission to call or record. Obtain any approvals and consents required for calls, recordings or use of a person's voice or likeness. Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation or unlawful automated calls. Review local calling times and do-not-call restrictions before use.

Human review and content rights

Review AI-generated facts, personalization and claims before use. Do not submit or distribute content that infringes copyright, confidentiality or other rights, or that is fraudulent, discriminatory, threatening or unlawful. Do not upload sensitive personal data without an appropriate processing arrangement and authorization.

Abuse and rights reports

Report suspected abuse or a rights infringement to support@auraaia.com. Identify the content or campaign, the right or rule involved, and how we can contact you. Do not send passwords, API keys or unnecessary personal data. We may restrict access or remove content under our Terms of Service.
