Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: name, email, and authentication credentials (managed by our auth provider, Supabase Auth). Workspace data: the campaigns, prospects, column data, and chat messages you create inside the product. Usage data: credit consumption, feature usage, and error telemetry, strictly to operate and improve the product.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide the product (research companies, generate outreach copy, deliver enriched leads), to bill you, to send transactional email (team invites, billing receipts), and to provide support. We do not sell your data or train our own models on your campaigns. AI requests are sent through OpenRouter to model providers; their processing and retention terms also apply. Do not submit sensitive data without confirming that the processing arrangement meets your requirements.

3. Subprocessors

Core service providers are Vercel (application hosting and request handling), Supabase (authentication and database hosting), OpenRouter and the model provider selected for an AI request (AI processing), Resend (transactional email), and Stripe (payments). Their legal roles depend on the service they provide; payment processing is also governed by Stripe's own terms. Connected prospecting, enrichment and outreach providers receive the data needed for the actions you request. Review the provider's terms before connecting it. Contact support for the provider and model information relevant to your processing agreement.

4. Your rights

Campaign tables can be downloaded using the campaign's CSV export menu. For a wider account-data copy, correction, restriction or workspace/account deletion, email support@auraaia.com from your account address. We may need to verify your authority before acting. Rights depend on the applicable law; this support route does not limit them. Cancel an active subscription separately in Plans & Billing to stop renewal.

5. Data retention

Active workspace data is retained while your account is active. After deletion, data is removed from our primary systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

6. Cookies and browser storage

Authentication uses Supabase session cookies, and an active-workspace cookie stores your workspace selection. The browser also stores interface preferences, saved searches and export history. See our Cookie Policy for their purposes and controls.

7. International processing

Service providers may process data outside your country. Where a processing agreement or transfer safeguard is required, contact us before sending the affected data so the applicable arrangement can be confirmed. This page does not execute Standard Contractual Clauses or establish a particular data-residency commitment.
